Position:

Part-time admin assistant/entry level bookkeeper working under the supervision of our operations manager and office manager to support the accounting team.

Scope of Job:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Greeting visitors
  • Running office-related errands
  • Mailing and correspondence
  • Making copies/print jobs
  • Filing
  • Responsible for any other administrative task that may come up in order to maintain efficient operation of the business
  • Entry level bookkeeping duties
  • Accounts payable/Accounts receivable processing
  • Data entry

Hours

Starting hours approx. 25 hours per week, with the goal of building to 30-35 hours per week over time.

Compensation:

$17-19/hour based on experience

Required skills and qualities:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Two years of experience in an office environment
  • Experience with multi-line phone system
  • Good Communication skills written and oral
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Computer operation skills; must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel
  • Some lifting required
  • Reliable transportation is a must
